About our honey
We keep our honeybees in wooden bee boxes on our farm near the foothills of the Western Ghats, where they forage on many different flowers. We extract the honey gently from the comb, without harming the bees, and bottle it without heating or filtering. That is why our honey keeps its natural taste, aroma and goodness.
Why you will love it
- A rich, smooth honey with a natural floral taste
- Contains the natural pollen, enzymes, minerals and antioxidants found in raw honey
- Traditionally valued in Ayurveda and Indian homes for everyday wellbeing
- Nothing taken out and nothing added, ever
How to use
- A spoonful with warm (not hot) water and lemon in the morning
- Drizzle over dosa, chapati, fruit, curd or porridge
- Sweeten herbal tea, milk or smoothies once they have cooled a little
Storage tips
Store at room temperature with the lid closed, away from sunlight. Use a dry spoon. Raw honey can thicken or crystallise in cool weather; this is natural and a sign of real honey. To make it runny again, stand the closed bottle in warm water for a while.
