About our palm jaggery
Palm jaggery, known in Tamil as karupatti, is made by collecting the sap of palm trees and slowly boiling it down using methods passed down for generations. We source it directly from traditional makers who use no chemicals, so it keeps the natural vitamins and minerals that refined sugar loses.
